The loss for business from execution of ineffective regulations from supervisory authorities is coming up to 5% GDP, reported Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev. “By the way, due to experts’ estimates loss for business from execution of ineffective regulations of this sort is coming up to 5% GDP. This figure is hard to check, but no one doubts that the figure is large,” – said Medvedev, giving speech at the Presidium of the presidential Council of strategic development and priority projects. The Prime Minister urged to reduce expenses of business on executing various regulations from supervisory authorities by 20 % by 2018 year and twice by 2024. “The task is to reduce non-production cost of business by 20 % by 2018 year and twice by 2024/ clarification of those demands is needed, every proprietor must know exactly, what kinds of state or municipal control his activity will face, in which order will that control be implemented, and of course, demands that are made, mustn’t be overstated, they have to be manageable enough”, - said Medvedev. He demonstrated experts’ evaluations, according to which the loss for business from executing of ineffective regulations is coming up to 5% GDP. “The situation, when it is easier to negotiate with control bodie,s than to fulfill the requirements of the law, is, in fact, breaking the law and has to be completely eliminated,” – concluded the Prime Minister.
