What is the Enquiry Service of Legal Entities?

The Enquiry Service of Legal Entities is a system through which you can get data (information extracts, reports, site visits, etc.) on every legal entity registered on the territory of the Russian Federation, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan in the online mode. Here you can also obtain data (information extract) on any individual person in Russia, whose record is in the Uniform State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) as a founder or head (a person who has a right to act without power of attorney).

What is USRLE?

The USRLE (Uniform State Register of Legal Entities) is a federal information resource. The USRLE recording is performed by the registering authorities according to the procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation.

On what basis is the activity of the Enquiry Service of Legal Entities carried out?

The activity of the Enquiry Service of Legal Entities is carried out on the basis of the Decision of the Interregional Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for centralized data processing (Notification №07-17/1152@ of October 20, 2015) on Providence access of the Enquiry Service of Legal Entities, LLC to information contained in the Uniform State Register of Legal Entities and legislation of the Russian Federation. Where can the obtained extracts from the USRLE be used?

Main cases for application of information extracts provided by the Enquiry Service of Legal Entities are listed below:

- in the work of security services, legal departments of enterprises, accounting departments, detective agencies;

- together with the act of rendered services sent to the User by mail with a seal and identification of a rendered service as a document proving the enterprise liquidation, during writing off the irrecoverable debts

- as information for an enterprise on a contracting party;

- together with the act of rendered services sent to the User by mail with a seal and identification of a rendered service, agreement and copy of the notification on providing the access, in an arbitration court, at defendant’s failure to appear, for confirmation of its legal address.

The possibility and lawfulness of application of information extracts provided by the Enquiry Service of Legal Entities in the above cases are repeatedly proved in practice.

To whom and about whom can data be provided?

Data can be provided to any individual person or legal entity who passed the registration procedure and who paid for the required number of inquiries. Data can be provided about any legal or individual person.

How is the agreement concluded?

The agreement with the User is concluded at the moment of his transfer to payment. According to Articles 435 (part 2) and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the agreement is a public offer and does not require its signing by both parties. The conclusion of agreements by signing is possible when additionally requested by the User. In this case, the signed and sealed agreement is sent by mail to the address stated by the User at registration.

How to make payment for the services?

How to form an inquiry?

For the formation of the inquiry, it is necessary to indicate the input data on the main page. If you were not authorized, then the inquiries made by you will be collected in the window "Input data", from where you can transfer them to processing, pressing "to transfer to processing" button. If you were authorized, then after the indication of input data it is possible to immediately form an extract on their basis.

What input data are required for obtaining information?

For Russian companies, for receiving the information extract on a legal entity it is necessary to indicate PSRN (OGRN) or (and) TIN (INN) or (and) a name of the requested legal entity. When entering only a name it will be necessary to select the required organization from the list. 

Is the unique identification of the requested individual person possible?

All individual persons with the indicated surname, name and patronymic are included in the information extract.

In what form are the information extracts provided?

The information extracts and other products are provided as an electronic document in PDF.

How long is the inquiry processed?

The processing time depends on the country and product. Kindly refer to the information in the results of your particular search.

Can my registration data be distributed?

We never publish and nor disclose your registration data. To assure their safety we recommend not to use a simple password and an incorrect e-mail address.
