MOSCOW, April 9 (RIA Novosti) - Surgutneftegaz, a leading Russian oil and gas company, has acquired a 21.2% stake in the Hungarian oil group MOL from Austria's OMV, the OMV press office said on Thursday. "OMV, a leading oil and gas group in Central Europe, completed today the transfer of 21.2% of shares [22,179,488 shares] of MOL to Surgutneftegaz for 1.4 billion euros [$1.85 billion]," the statement said.
