* Two kg (4.4 lbs) of heroin were seized from a Gypsy man in the city of Shadrinsk in Southern Urals, a local drug police department said

* A total of 5 kg (11 lbs) of opium were seized from a woman in Uzbekistan, a spokesman for the country's security service said
