BRUSSELS, April 29 (RIA Novosti) - NATO's position is creating a "cold peace" in place of a "cold war," Russia's ambassador to NATO told reporters on Wednesday. "Instead of a 'cold war' there is now a 'cold peace,'" Dmitry Rogozin said after the first Russia-NATO meeting held in Brussels since last year's conflict between Russia and Georgia. "NATO is like a blind rhinoceros in some respects...and the problem is that we are right next to that hard-headed beast," Rogozin said. More news
