URGENT: Russia says planned European security treaty not aimed at NATO

MOSCOW, May 15 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's proposals for a new European security treaty are not aimed against NATO, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said.

"A new document should be drafted to ensure security in Europe and it should not be [aimed] against NATO," Medvedev said in an interview with Rossiya TV channel.
