Norilsk Nickel recommends 2 foreign independent directors

MOSCOW, May 21 (RIA Novosti) - Norilsk Nickel's board has recommended that shareholders elect Brad Mills and Gerard Holden as independent members of the Board of Directors, Russia's nickel mining and smelting operator said on Thursday.

It said the board and the management "appreciate their wide experience, knowledge and commitment to the promotion of strategic development of the company."
