ROME, May 29 (RIA Novosti) - A plane carrying Italy's
parliamentary speaker was forced to make an emergency landing
at Moscow's Vnukovo Airport, Corriere della Serra said on
Friday.
The Airbus 319, which had taken off from a Moscow airport
several minutes earlier, had to land due to a fuel leak.
Renato Schifani was returning to Italy after an official
visit to Russia. He is currently waiting for a replacement
plane to take him back to Italy.
Airport officials declined to make a comment on the
report.
