CHISINAU, June 3 (RIA Novosti) - Moldova's parliament failed to elect a president in a second and final vote on Wednesday and will face dissolution with a new general election. The ruling Communist Party has not managed to persuade the opposition to support former prime minister Zinaida Greceanii as the new leader. She fell one vote short of the required 61 as the opposition again boycotted the ballot on Wednesday. More news
