MOSCOW, June 17 (RIA Novosti) - A decision on whether to carry out a Bulava ballistic missile test will not be made until at least July, a Russian deputy defense minister said on Wednesday. Vladimir Popovkin said that work on the missile should be finished by the end of June, after which a decision on holding a test would be made. More news
