Gazprom receives Sakhalin III blocks, west Kamchatka license

MOSCOW, June 22 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian government has handed over three blocks in the Sakhalin III project, as well as a license for a deposit off Kamchatka, to the Russian energy giant Gazprom.

The decree to transfer the Kirinsky, Ayashsky and Vostochno-Odoptinsky fields and the Zapadno-Kamchatsky prospect was signed by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and published on Monday.
