Those companies who were audited in the first quarter of 2009 by the Federal Tax Service (FNS) Office № 6 are the worst off. Twenty times more taxes were demanded and collected than during the same period last year for that district.
Regarding desk audits, it was most dangerous to deal with the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the FNS №47. Tax collectors received 10 times more than during the same period last year.
Besides these, the FNS № 48, and 25 followed in terms of raising their tax collections.
That said, FNS № 33, 34 and 45 collected 60 percent less than the same period in 2008. Regarding desk audits, FNS № 17, 19 and 50 collected 90 percent less. FNS № 34 and 35 were two times less successful in obtaining the money.
