Russia to grant $500 mln stabilization loan to Armenia - Kudrin

LONDON, February 4 (RIA Novosti) - Russia will grant Armenia a $500 million stabilization loan to help it overcome the consequences of the global financial crisis, the country's finance minister said on Wednesday.

Alexei Kudrin also said at a meeting with British businessmen in London that Russia was ready to help its neighbors in the CIS.
