Tax Refunds Not Limited for Foreign Company Reps

Russia’s Ministry of Finance in Letter #03-08-13 from April 18, 2011 points that the Tax Code of the Russian Federation does not contain provisions for limiting profits tax refunds issued to an authorized representative of the foreign organization which paid the excess tax.
