Policy of Russian Federation has been long ago oriented onto support of small and mid-sized businesses (MSP). It’s centered on reducing tax load, simplifying of presenting reports and also of direct government involvement in activities of companies and organizations. Naturally, many business owners with a variety of means (including counting out the documents) try to be ranked as a subject of small business. In order to get a procedure done simply, fast and under legal boundaries, the government suggested new rules of the game.
Thus, from August 2016 the companies will be rated as small business on the basis of annual income level. It’s no longer necessary to collect various documents and prove the right to be considered MSP – everything only depends on real income of a legal entity or a self-employed individual.
For different categories of business owners are issued particular threshold limit income values (from 120 million rubles to 2 billion rubles).
They believe in government that simplifying administrative procedures will make life easier for MSP, and also will make possible implementing register for small and mid-sized businesses. Income level data will be provided by tax administration and USRLE ( Unified State Register of Legal Entities).
