Not everyone will be admitted to government procurement in Russia

Legal system that regulates procedures of purchasing goods, works and services for federal money keeps on developing. According to Chief of Ministry of Labor recently has been passed a bill that makes amendments in this sphere. In particular to the tender procedures will not be admitted participants who have broken anti-corruption laws.

This has to significally increase transparency of purchases under federal budget and also stimulate business owners to conduct private business. It’s no secret that getting government contract for many companies becomes an impact to the new level of development. From now on such a chance will be given only to conscientious market players.

Limitation on prequalification of tenderers has distinct terms. Legal entities are sidelined from all procedures on 2 years from the moment of taking a decision, individuals – so long as the case is quashed or a sentence is completely served.
