In the ministry of economic development of Russia is being considered an issue about enrollment foreign companies into general list of small and mid-sized enterprises. It will allow to withdraw some restrictions from foreign participations in business function.
Let us remind, that from August, the 1st, current year Federal Tax Service will keep a Unified Register of small and mid-sized enterprises. Before that date the decision has to be made whether to include foreign entrepreneurs into general lists.
Besides, it’s being planned to discuss increasing share of participation of foreign legal entities and organizations in ownership capital of domestic companies. Now this index is set on the level of 49%. Even if it grows, preferences for foreigners will be kept.
All these activities are intended for both supporting small and mid-sized entrepreneurs and increasing international capital flow to Russia, that will positively affect the state of the overall economy.
