Deputy Minister of Finance of Russia Vladimir Kolychev said, that the Ministry is going to explore the complex of measures for bringing the business out of shadows in order to increase tax collecting.
«Method of deriving economy from the shadow as the reserve for increasing tax collecting is a separate major reform. Related suggestions through tax system as well we are planning to create this year,» — said Kolychev at the meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Finance.
He also pointed out that at the moment the amount of gray payroll is about 10 trillion rubles.
Earlier, the Head of Ministry of Economic Development Maksim Oreshkin said that a priority direction for the Ministry should become the struggle with the shadow sector in the economy.
