Russian air company confirms plans to hold IPO in 2010-2011

BANGALORE (India), February 12 (RIA Novosti) -
Russia's United Aircraft Building Corporation (UABC) is to be
transformed into a public company and hold an IPO in 2010-2011,
the company's head said on Thursday.
"From 2010-2011 we plan to transform the UABC into a
public company and hold an IPO," Alexei Fyodorov said.
