New case against Khodorkovsky, Lebedev sent to Moscow court

MOSCOW, February 17 (RIA Novosti) - A new criminal case against ex-Yukos head Mikhail Khodorkovsky and his business partner Platon Lebedev has been sent to Moscow's Khamovnichesky court, a spokesman for investigators said on Tuesday.

"Today the criminal case with the approved conclusion to indict was sent to the Khamovnichesky District Court in Moscow," said Vladimir Markin, a spokesman for the Investigation Committee of the Prosecutor General's Office.
