URGENT: New Khodorkovsky hearing to start in Moscow March 3

MOSCOW, February 19 (RIA Novosti) - Hearings on a second criminal case against jailed Yukos founder Mikhail Khodorkovsky, and his business partner, Platon Lebedev, will start in Moscow on March 3, a court spokesperson said on Thursday.

She said preliminary hearings would begin at Moscow's Khamovniki District Court and, in accordance with the law, would take place behind closed doors.
