Rosatom, Siemens sign memorandum to set up nuclear JV

MOSCOW/BERLIN, March 3 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's state nuclear power corporation Rosatom and Germany's Siemens signed a memorandum of understanding on the formation of a joint venture in the nuclear sphere, a Rosatom spokesman said on Tuesday.

The possible joint venture could be aimed at economically feasible commercial opportunities across the entire range of the nuclear fuel cycle, from fuel production through to the utilization of nuclear power plants.
