Aleksanyan on Khodorkovsky case witness list, Bakhmina not

MOSCOW, March 5 (RIA Novosti) - Ex-Yukos official Vasily Aleksanyan has been included in the list of witnesses in the new case against imprisoned ex-CEO Mikhail Khodorkovsky, unlike jailed lawyer Svetlana Bakhmina, a source in the trial said on Thursday.

"Including some or another person in the list of witnesses imposes no obligations on the defense or prosecution," the source said.
