Russia wants international talks to review oil pricing
system

GORKI, March 12 (RIA Novosti) - Russia intends to
invite OPEC countries and leading petroleum product producers
to a conference in Moscow towards the end of this year, to
discuss a new system for oil pricing, a deputy prime minister
said Thursday.
Igor Sechin, who chairs state oil company Rosneft, told
President Dmitry Medvedev that the differentials that price
Russian oil brands below Brent and WTI need to be reviewed.
