MOSCOW, March 13 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's Interior
Ministry said on Friday several dozen patients at a drug
rehabilitation center in the Perm Region, in the Urals, have
been brutalized by staff.
Police said they raided the Delfin drug rehabilitation
center in the town of Krasnokamsk on Thursday and discovered
CDs and photos showing acts of violence being performed on the
patients.
Handcuffs, clubs and an instrument to administer electric
shocks were also found at the center, which had a total of 96
patients.
Some 30 people have filed a lawsuit saying they were taken
to the center by force and kept there illegally.
