Russia's stock market opens trading with share growth

MOSCOW, March 23 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's two main stock exchanges, MICEX and the RTS, opened trading on Monday with their key indexes going up.

As of 10:38 a.m. Moscow time (07:38 GMT), the index of the ruble-denominated MICEX grew 3.37% from Friday's close to 818.77 points while the dollar-denominated RTS saw its index rise 1.18% to 705.16 points.
