MOSCOW, March 23 (RIA Novosti) - An explosion in south Lebanon on Monday killed at least five people, including a senior representative of Palestinian refugees, local media reported. The roadside bomb exploded near the Mieh Mieh Palestinian refugee camp, outside the port city of Sidon. New-TV said Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) official Kamal Medhat, from the Palestinian Fatah movement, was killed in the explosion along with his four bodyguards. Medhat was deputy to the PLO's chief representative in Lebanon, Abbas Zaki. The cause of the blast is being established. Another two people, including a Fatah official, were killed in a shooting at the Mieh Mieh camp on Saturday. More news
