Russia's sovereign debt down 1.45% to $39.9 bln in Jan.-Feb.

MOSCOW, March 24 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian government's foreign debt declined 1.45% in January-February to $39.91 billion after Russia made scheduled debt repayments, the Economic Development Ministry said on Tuesday.

In ruble terms, the government's foreign debt increased 19.8% to 1.43 trillion rubles as of March 1, the ministry said.
