Medvedev holds talks with British premier in London

LONDON, April 1 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Dmitry Medvedev met with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown in London on Wednesday ahead of the G20 summit.

In talks held at Brown's Downing Street residence, the leaders discussed bilateral relations and measures to tackle the global financial crisis.

Russian presidential aides Sergei Prikhodko and Arkady Dvorkovich, First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov were present at the meeting.
