KRASNOYARSK, April 8 (RIA Novosti) - The head of a
struggling construction firm in the Siberian city of
Krasnoyarsk has committed suicide due to his overwhelming
debts, local police said.
Alexei Yaroshevich, general director of the local
Elitstroy company, explained his suicide in a note that was
found by police, a source told RIA Novosti.
The man killed himself with a shot to the head.
The local investigation committee confirmed that
Yaroshevich did have significant debts, and said that the
handwriting on the note is being verified.
