MOSCOW, April 8 (RIA Novosti) - Tatneft, one of Russia's top 10 crude producers, said on Wednesday its output declined 2.3% year-on-year in January-March 2009 to 6.35 million metric tons (46.6 million barrels). Tatneft earlier reported that its crude output could decline 1.5% in 2009 to 25.4 million metric tons (185 million barrels). More news
