President Cancels Deadlines For OOO Re-registration Program

Russian President Dmitri Medvedev has approved a new Federal Law which eliminates the deadline that OOOs (LLCs) had for re-registering their charter documents.  Now, businesses only need to implement the required changes and re-register their documents if something else in their company charter has changed.

Previously, Federal Law #312-FZ from 12-30-2008 required OOOs to re-register their charter documents by January 1, 2010.
