Just like in 2012, the permitted ratio of foreign employees used in retail sales of pharmaceutical products, in kiosks and open markets, and other retail locations, besides established stores (codes ОК ВЭД 52.31, 52.62, 52.63) is established at 0% of the total number of employees. Foreign employees in the area of sports (code 92.62), just like in 2012, is 25% of the total number of employees.
In 2013, the established ratio for foreigners working in retail alcohol sales, is set at 25%.
The Russian government annually establishes percentages of foreign workers allowed for employments in different economic sectors by business entities conducting commercial activity on the territory of one or more constituent entities in the Russian Federation. More detailed information is available in the Government Regulation #1243 from December 1, 2012 “On Established permissible ratio of foreign workers employed by business entities in retail sales and sports on the territory of the Russian Federation in 2013.”
