Expanded List of Quota-free Positions

On August 20, 2014, Rossiyskaya Gazeta published Decree #№440н of Russia’s Ministry of Labor and Social Protection from July 9, 2014, “On Introduction of Changes To The Supplement to the Decree N 768н ‘Approved List of Professions (Positions, Specialties) of Foreign Highly Qualified Specialists Not Subject To Employment Quotas’”.

According to the Decree, the position/profession/specialty of programmer will be added to the List of quota-free positions.
