According to chairman of the board of industrial union “Novoe Sodruzhestvo” Konstantin Babkin, Russian holding is planning to start commercial retail of equipment in Great Britain, Serbia and Croatia in 2016.
Currently the equipment is being sold in 28 countries. “Entering a new market isn’t just selling a few machines there… If to come then seriously and for a long time. And for that it’s necessary to create spare parts warehouse, service centre, teach the staff. We’re analyzing markets, their volumes, our equipment appeal there, looking for partners,” – informed Babkin.
To his opinion, “Rostselmash” will be able to enter new markets as early as 2016, and for that the company has to invest 1,5 million $ in every market. “Our minimal commitment – 1,5 million $ in every market, we’re not acting in a hurry though, but I believe we will invest this money this year and in 2016 retail of equipment in Great Britain, Serbia and Croatia will begin,” – added Konstantin.
Let us remind that Russian company “Rostselmash” is one of the biggest international manufacturers of farming machinery and includes production units with industrial sites in Russia, Canada, the USA, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
