Last several months were marked by appearing of numerous publications saying that Law of Russian Federation is transforming with the purpose of easing business process. In fact, some of legal enactments somehow are slowing down business processes.
For instance, when business representatives have to make some changes in russian Unified State register of legal entities, the procedure might take weeks and even months. The thing is – the taxmen have the right to inspect the companies that are being registered or planning to make changes in URLE.
In most cases, the basis for carrying out activities related to inspecting of legal entity are:
* large quantity of businessmen, registered on the same address;
* moving or reorganization during the process of inspections by regulatory authorities.
Quite often end up in the crosshairs the companies which offices are in administrative buildings – naturally there are lots of legal entities registered there. To prove reliability, they have to provide package of documents that demonstrate absence of arrears and etc.
Despite of the fact that business interpreters are not very keen on such innovations, regulatory authorities claim: just for the period since the Law was enacted – from April , 2016 – big amount of fictional companies were disqualified from the market.
