At the beginning of July this year in Republic of Belarus there was a denomination of belorussian ruble – official national currency. Therefore business entrepreneurs faced the question: is it necessary to make amendments in regulations and founding documents of a legal entity in view of statutory fund denomination?
Under the provisions of rules and regulations, that controls the processes of registration and functioning of business entities, there is a firm case list, when business and other organizations have to make amendments and officially present a transformed document to the authorized registration office. Denomination isn’t included in the list.
At the same time, in accordance with the legislation, changes in amount of the statutory fund have to be recorded in corporate chart. In such case denomination is a rerating, reduction of zeros for ease of the currency use and doesn’t affect the statutory fund volume.
Thus, legal entities can decide themselves whether to update the data of the document.
