URGENT: Azerbaijani Air Force chief shot dead

MOSCOW, February 11 (RIA Novosti) - The Commander-in-Chief of the Azerbaijani Air Force, Lieut. Gen. Rayil Rzayev, has been shot dead, regional media said on Wednesday.

"This morning, Rayil Rzayev was taken to a clinic in the Moscow Region with a gunshot wound. Doctors failed however to save his life," the day.az website said.
