URGENT: Russia to impose state pricing mechanism for defense orders

MOSCOW, February 25 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's government is set to impose state regulation of prices for defense orders, a deputy prime minister said on Wednesday.

"I consider it vitally important to legally establish the concept of state regulation of prices for arms and military and special purpose hardware and make all companies fulfilling state orders subject to this mechanism," Sergei Ivanov said while speaking in parliament's lower chamber.
