MOSCOW, February 26 (RIA Novosti) - An intergovernmental agreement between Russia and China on cooperation in the energy sphere, including Russian oil supplies to the country, will be completed in March, a Russian deputy prime minister said Thursday. Igor Sechin, who is in charge of the fuel and energy sector, told a government meeting: "Our task at this stage is to finally coordinate the agreement and report on the project implementation by the end of March."
