URGENT: Russia set to offer assistance to Gaza economy

MOSCOW, February 27 (RIA Novosti) - Russia will offer to assist with the restoration of the Gaza Strip's economy, a Russian Foreign Ministry source said on Friday.

The source said that the exact details of planned aid package would be described by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on March 2 at an international donor conference in Egypt's resort city of Sharm el-Sheikh.
