MADRID, March 2 (RIA Novosti) - Russia expects the new U.S. administration to agree on a deal to restrict not only nuclear warheads, but also all existing kinds of delivery vehicles, the Russian foreign minister said on Monday. Speaking about the START-1 treaty, which expires in December 2009, Sergei Lavrov said Russia would like a new treaty to establish restrictions on delivery vehicles, something "which the Bush administration avoided."
