MADRID, March 2 (RIA Novosti) - Russia expects the
new U.S. administration to agree on a deal to restrict not only
nuclear warheads, but also all existing kinds of delivery
vehicles, the Russian foreign minister said on Monday.
Speaking about the START-1 treaty, which expires in
December 2009, Sergei Lavrov said Russia would like a new
treaty to establish restrictions on delivery vehicles,
something "which the Bush administration avoided."
