Azerbaijan:

* Azerbaijan's oil output in 2010 is expected to reach 65 million metric tons, Energy Minister Natig Aliyev said

Belarus:

* The EU foreign ministers in Brussels decided to keep in force a moratorium on sanctions against Belarus

Georgia:

* The Georgian Interior Ministry has accused the opposition members of having exploded a police car on Friday, a ministry spokesman said

Ukraine:

* Ukraine's national energy company Naftogaz has over $4 billion in debts, with two-thirds of the sum due to be repaid by the end of 2009, a Ukrainian business paper reported

* Ukraine's government has proposed discussing bilateral cooperation in aircraft construction with Russia in late March, Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said

* Ukraine's parliament will hear on March 20 a report from a commission on the state of the national natural gas transit system and on supplies of natural gas in 2008-2009, the parliamentary speaker said
