on July 14, 2006 Article 7. Public Information. 1. Public information is referred to as information of common knowledge and any other information that has no restrictions of access to it.
2. Public information can be used by any person at person’s discretion with complete observance of limitations stated by federal legislation about the distribution of the information concerned.
3. The holders of the information that becomes public according to their decision have the right to require indication of them as the source of the information concerned from all entities distributing the abovementioned information. |
